The BS in Management Information Systems received permanent status a couple of years ago.  An

Honor’s degree option would enhance the degree program.

 

Program Requirements: 

(Show the new or revised curriculum as it should appear in the Course Catalog.  If this is a revision, be sure to indicate the changes being made to the current curriculum and include a side-by-side comparison of the credit distribution before and after the proposed change.)

 

HONOR’S BACHELOR OF SCIENCE:  MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS

 

The recipient must complete:

1.      All requirements for the Bachelor of Science degree.

2.      All of the University’s generic requirements for Honor’s Baccalaureate degree

 

The Honor’s credit in the major will normally include MISY 160 and MISY 225.  They may include required courses

from other departments in the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics.
