The following proposal was forwarded to the Senate Rules Committee by the Committee on Faculty Welfare and Privileges.

Proposal is as follows:

The Faculty Welfare and Privileges Committee has unanimously approved the
following addition to the Bylaws and Regulations of the University Faculty
Senate:

  "No administrator shall be a member of the Executive Committee of the
University Faculty Senate or chair any University Faculty Senate committee."
