Requirements for Minor in Restaurant Management

Minimum GPA requirement for entrance into the minor is 2.5.

Written application required: Chair or Associate Chair to manage timeline
and application process.

Enrollment limit of 25 students per academic year,
based on current laboratory section enrollments limits.
