Change in University Breadth Requirements and changes in courses and course identifiers from other departments. Due to the Division of the Department of Health, Nutrition and Exercise Sciences, all former HESC courses are now BHAN or KAAP. ThomasJeffersonUniversity has been consulted and has approved these changes.

1.       KAAP305 (HESC305) has a proposed title change.

2.       KAAP430/431 (HESC430/431) is proposed to become merged into one four-credit course, KAAP430.

3.       The requirement for “Communication or Foreign Language Course” currently states 3-4 credits.  It is only necessary to state 3 credits.

4.       The statement “Minimum grade of C- required” has been added or moved clarify which classes have the requirement.

5.       The 6 credits for Creative Arts and Humanities has been to split to 3 each from this category and History and Cultural Change.

6.       The total minimum credits required has been changed from “91-92” to “91” to adjust for the change to the “Communication of Foreign Language” requirement listing.
